Crepes Suzettes, s'il vous plait!

I was walking by Cobble Hill Park today and noticed a flier for a cool-sounding class - French language immersion through cooking. The class is run by Brooklyn-based company Creative Cooks, and holds classes for children of all ages and levels.

Kids will learn how to make classic French dishes such as souflees, crepes, and coq au vin. The classes are taught entirely in French, so students are bound to pick up more than just food-related terms.

As someone who loves cooking and food, this sounds right up my alley! Has anyone tried something similar?

Classes cost $200/child and are located on Atlantic Avenue. Call 718.227.2218 to register.
